“I have stayed multiple times and will be back. Great continental breakfast, nice indoor and outdoor pools, three hot tubs, (2 inside 1 outside) Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Being attached to Old Chicago is nice too.”

The front desk staff and the food staff also were very friendly. The breakfast and the 5:30 PM food both were very good. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Just a very good overall stay.”

“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...
