“The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper the elevator didn't even work to the third floor and they said the doors to the each floor was locked and were even locked to be safe”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“In the room there was condoms in the nightstand there was barely any guests they had no coffee and tea like they said and a little bar section they have it was not even open”

“Parking was easy, we had a late check-in and i believe the power had cutout from a storm. But the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and kept a great attitude. Very thankful for nice rooms and comfy beds. ”
