“Clean and convenient hotel with friendly staff. Nice lobby. Plenty of parking. I subtracted a star from the review because the breakfast was limited compared with other hotels of a similar category.”

“I was in town for Karen Wheaton Conference at The Ramp for my first time. I was extremely pleased with the Kind and friendly customer service, I was pleased with the breakfast and room was very clean housekeeping kept my room clean very safe environment no worries. I will be Staying here again in the future ”

“The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. ”

“Breakfast was cold and picked over, the hotel was severely outdated unlike the pictures shown on Expedia. When we stepped off the elevator, everything was yellowed with age. The ceiling had had leaks and tiles needed replacing in our room. ”

“It was a nice clean place but the breakfast room needs room! No place to sit and eat. There is one table with 8 chairs. That is not enough. We had to eat in our room. One by the desk and one on the bed. Not a good situation at all!”

“The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of food. The food at Grill 22 was very good. ”

“We were greeted pleasantly by staff at check in. Lobby was clean and neat. But the staircase was dirty w dried mud from boots (guests working construction like jobs.) The room was visibly tired. Sheets and blanket were thin and worn. Curtains were missing hooks so they couldn’t stay closed properly. Breakfast was less than average though we did find yogurt and fruit.”
