“We’ve spent the last 5 years here for the July 4th celebrations and we always love it. However, many things had changed and not all for the good. The biggest complaint among our group and many others was their legendary pizza is no longer available! We’ve been enjoying that pizza for probably over 15 years and this year they changed the recipe and it wasn’t great at all. They also remodeled their pizza/ice cream area and only offer 3 flavors of ice cream now as before it was usually 6-7 flavors....

“The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel.”

“Room not ready at check-in time, and then we were assigned a room already occupied which was embarrassing. Once we got past the check-in process everything was great.”

“My room was very disturbing to me when I opened up the drawers to spray In the drawers, in the third drawer, there were some human underwears like man's. Then I called the front desk and she came and got them. I continued to spray the bathroom, there was a bar of soap in the shower that had been USED!!!!!!! My HEART was very upset and my sister took it up to the front desk. Next day as I was getting out of the shower, the toilet had urine around the bottom of it and my sister took a picture of...
