“I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. “I had a terrible experience during my stay. I entend to inform corporate office of the incident. Approximately an hour after we check in, I went to the bathroom to remove my lipstick. I pulled a sheet of tissue from the dispenser and found it to be damp. I kept pulling sheets and the more I pulled the wetter they are. I looked indlside the tissue box cover and found a filthy wet underwear lodged inside between the box and the dispenser. The smell was so bad, I wanted to throw up! I was in shock...
