“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived to check in around 5:08 PM, I was informed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel and that the Double Queen Suite I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was given a King Suite and assured that extra linens would be provided since I was traveling with my husband and children. “The location is excellent with a sizeable parking garage. rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms could use some bleach but that's not what hotels typically use. Some of the staff was outstanding. Some of the staff had English issues to a fault. When a very helpful gentleman takes four trips to get our coffee, orange juice, and water right, that's not good. The breakfast buffet is very good and a value. The pool is popular and could be bigger.”
