“They didn't have clean towels or linen for beds or pool tower for the pool. It would just offer this time around. Need more staff with good attitude. The breakfast was awful.”

“Everything about the stay was pleasant except for our breakfast experience. Children should not be allowed to take over the dining area without parental supervision. This should be enforced! The gator boardwalk was a nice experience. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful!”

“Stayed one night with my 10yr old son on a quality-time trip. The hotel was adorable, it was right behind some great restaurant options, and next to an antique store which I enjoyed! Rooms were clean, AC was cold, staff was excellent, and the breakfast was much more than I expected. The only con in our experience was the couple arguing outside our door at 11:30pm, but that wasn't the hotels fault. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we head up to OWA.”
