“This is a brand new apartment complex and is very nice. Everything as far as checkin and checkout was super easy. The place was big and very clean. I do believe they could do better with furnishing more items as far as beach towels, maybe a couple of beach chairs, just things needed when you’re staying for a beach trip. “ You will Need to buy a parking pass onsite, bring extra toilet paper(they only give you 1 roll for a week),the sleeper sofa with flip over while you are sleeping in it. The inside of the toilet bowl has never been cleaned, floor are dirty…my white socks instantly turned black from very little walking!”

“There was lots of shops and activites. Nice light show at night. Check in was a bitbnerve racking as the access codes for parking and elevators did not work and property management was closed. Other than that excellent stay!!”

“My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back”

“Beautiful view of the bay which was equipped with a dock and fish cleaning station. We loved the three balconies with one providing a view of the golf. The kitchen was well equipped. My only negative was the stairs - very steep up to the first floor and additional stairs up to the bedrooms. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Plantation! We were there for less than a week and spent most of our time on the property either by the pool or on the beach. Pros: It was not very crowded when we went, parking was ample, and the property was very clean outside. Amenities in the room were great (dishwasher, tv access, balcony view of the sunrise, full size fridge). Cons: The listing mentioned “free parking” but it was not free and the bed was uncomfortable. ”

“There was construction above us the entire stay. The coffee pot looked like it not cleaned for a long time. However there was a Keurig machine and well stacked coffee tea and amenities for it. The place looked like it was cleaned some time ago and wasn’t checked before we arrived. Hair on carpet and in the chairs. Place was decent but could be cleaned better.
