“My room was clean and well stocked with towels. My coffee maker didn't work, however there was hot fresh coffee downstairs and that coffee was very good (probably better than what I could have made in the room). “This is a no-frills hotel. The room was clean enough, but not fantastic. Loud A/C window unit. Towels and toiletries were limited in number, and room service was sparse during our 4-night stay. Breakfast was mediocre, serving the same fare each day and often running out of items at the end. Not sure if there was a shortage on plastic cups, silverware, and plates/bowls, but the staff was certainly stingy on putting them out for guests and promptly removed what was there at 9:30am sharp! “It’s back off the highway, kind of behind the Einstein brothers bagels, but once I found it, everything else was great. The room is very spacious. I used the microwave, and it worked well. They do have utensils in the office, but no dishes or pans are provided, so if you plan on cooking, bring your own. It was great for what I needed.”

“Bed was very comfortable. Room had blackout curtains. Thing I appreciated the most was that the AC was quiet and wasn’t blasting air. It cooled very well and was quiet.”

The Comfort Inn & Suites in Lubbock was just what we were looking for. It's also close to all the eateries that we love. We upgraded to the two King Size beds and it made all the difference.”

“i had to get my dad to drive from 30 minutes away just so i could check in. i am about to be 20 in a couple days, and shouldn’t need a parent. front desk girl was always on her tablet watching a movie and on ft everytime i would go to the front desk. bathroom was very midly maintained and the hallways stink. also your website is not user friendly.”
