“The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-) The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay.”

“Perfect place to stay !!!! Absolutly clean. We missed nothing. This place is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.If we visit Anchorage again, we rent only this place !!!”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“The room and location was perfect. If you like walking and exploring, you can get to the many restaurants and bars plus sites nearby. They will also safely store your luggage if necessary. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Anchorage thanks to the Four Points. ”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”
