“Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities.”

“If you are going to Alaska and flying out to other areas, this is the place to stay. Although the place is a little old, it is kept in good shape and the staff is more than helpful and very friendly.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t have a car and the free shuttle doesn’t go out that far. So we had to use a taxi to go anywhere. ”

“While everything is great, the room is a bit small and all amenities such as fridge, microwave are in the common lobby. Otherwise perfect location for travelers not wanting to stay in Anchorage for more than a night, right by the airport.”
