“We booked for 2 nights and during our first night the A/C unit started making a loud noise. That next morning I politely notified the front desk and they apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded us to a beautiful suite for our second night. What a fantastic location to the airport and the staff are wonderful. Stayed here many times over the last 15 years and will continue to book my future stays at this location. ”

Our AC stopped working and the room got uncomfortably hot, the front desk staff didnt hesitated to accommodate our needs and moved us to a more comfortable environment; a room with AC.
