“L'albergo era molto bello ed il personale disponibile, ma quando sono arrivato alle 11 di sera dopo un viaggio di 17 ore la mia prenotazione non risultava nonostante la avessi fatta oltre un mese prima. Ho dovuto attendere circa un quarto d'ora prima che l'addetto alla reception contattasse la vostra azienda con il numero dell'itinerario che gli ho fornito.”

“All the front desk staff were excellent. I stayed with my dog, and our room was clean and quiet. Had dinner one night from the restaurant and it was good, and so convenient. Would stay here again if in the area. ”

“The amenity we used was the dog run, which we love. There was a time when it was hard to get into it because of the snow or vehicles in front of it, but they no longer allow vehicles to park there. There has been times when the grass has been too long, which makes it hard to scoop poop. But on this visit it was wonderful”

“Great it was clean and comfortable. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast was good. The only thing was having to go back down to Lobby to have your key recoded everyday and discovered we weren’t the only ones😂 That being said it was a great place too stay and a good price. ”

“Bar service was nice, friendly and no wait for service. Dinner at the dinning area was good, we could have had it served in the lounge but the sit down at a dining table was nice.”

“The bed was not comfortable. We planned on leaving our vehicle while away & we were unaware that there were limited spots available so had to make last minute arrangements. It was a major reason for booking at the hotel.”

“The hosts were very helpful and friendly; my only concern is minor: Two vending machines, one on 1st floor, one on 3rd. One takes quarters, the other takes bills - neither takes both.”

“First of all there is no pool or hot tub, like it is there physically, but i was told its too expensive and they will not be filling it for use ever again. Maybe if it was advertised the place would have more occupancy.”

“Thhe room was a great size and the fireplace was a nice feature. The lack of coffee in the room was bit disappointing but we had to leave before the breakfast started for our flight. ”

“The carpet in the hallway and room were very worn out. The breakfast didn’t have many choices. The hotel felt old and needs some renovations. The paint on the bathroom door was worn off. The pillows were old and flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. ”
