NEW - Luxury Family Retreat - Hot Tub, Game Room

NEW LISTING - New construction in 2023. Spacious luxury 6 bed room and 3 bathroom house conveniently located less than a mile from the Towamensing trails lake and community center. Game room with Shuffle Board, Arcade Game and Foosball. Very close to major Pocono attractions (White Water rafting/Kayaking/Canoeing, Paint ball, Skiing, Horseback riding, Biking/Hiking trails, Pocono Raceway, Wineries, Fishing, etc).

First floor
~3 bedrooms with TV’s (Bed 1 – queen, Bed 2 – 2 bunk beds full over full, Bed 3 – king)

Additional pool/lake passes can be purchased at community center daily for $10 with rental packet and photo ID. ** House and linens are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays and are included

We met at this beautiful house to celebrate our mom’s 93rd Birthday! It was the perfect house, plenty of room, and the kids loved the game room! It was a great location and our host was available and very accommodating! We would definitely ho back againthank you David!

We've stayed at a lot of short term rental locations and often you don't get what you see in the listing. Not the case with this listing - it was everything advertised and more. The house was clean, amenities were provided that made it feel like a 5 start hotel, and the hosts were communicative and didn't expect too much of us as guests. Highly recommend this property for your Poconos vacation!

Beautifully decorated, everything new and clean, comfortable, well supplied. Great spaces for our group of 13 so that everyone was able to eat/hang out together, or disperse for small groupings, or alone time. Youngest kids loved the balcony game area; older kids loved the hot tub. Enjoyed the wraparound deck, loved the chair/sofa swings! All in all, a great choice!

Communication from Nicole & David was timely and clear from the start. Property was spotlessly clean and just as described. Beds super comfortable, breakfast and evenings on the balcony beyond relaxing. Nothing more we could ask for. We'll be back next year. Thanks again
