Il Resident Covent Garden è un piccolo gioiello, sconosciuto al turismo di massa (per fortuna), da dove poter pianificare escursioni nel cuore di Londra at "walking distance"! Il personale è gentilissimo e premuroso. Continuate così e... ritornerò per la terza volta!”

The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. “Posizione centrale molto comoda, la metro è a circa 100 metri. L'hotel è pulito, il personale molto gentile , le stanze silenziose. Ho considerato non da hotel a 4 stelle la fornitura nelle camere: a parte la macchina del caffè non c'erano amenities: no cassaforte, no sleepers, no accappatoio, no dischetti di ovatta.... solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo, conditioner e crema mani.hotel frequentato prevalentemente persone sotto i 35 anni .”
