“The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating and genuinely happy to see us and check us in. Thanked us for picking them to stay at. Our room was quiet, clean and the set up was relaxing. We had enough towels for two. Continental breakfast was great and their coffee was good as well.”

“This was the 3rd time staying here and I love the service that Mel provides. She has great recommendations and I always feel safe here. It's nearby many shops, a couple casinos, and not that far from some great basketball games. Will definately stay here when I'm in Norman again. ”

“There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.”

“Friendly staff, ample parking. Building secure / safe. Very large (handicap) room provided. Everything appeared clean but dated (well worn) especially when compared to previous Comfort Suites. Elevators functional but very slow & shaky. Price point seemed high when compared to other similar properties.”

“Room was clean and great for a quick stay. There wasn’t shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. The room is sparse so if you’ll be relaxing in the room for a while, it’s not for you. If you need a clean bed, shower and a nights rest - perfect! ”
