“Great place for couples , family and anyone who wishes a great stay”

“I was in The Tack Room, which seems to be fitted out for disabled visitors. 2 single bed, but both too firm to be comfortable for me. Quirky mixture of old and a bit newer, but had charm and character. Very quiet location. Nice breakfast, though sausages were a bit peppery.”

“Location is great with lots of free parking options nearby including EV chargers. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and warm. On the downside was the fact that our room was just above the pub and on Saturday night was very loud until midnight and we couldn’t sleep. So make sure to ask for a room on higher floor. “Great apartment right in the town centre. Spacious living space and everything you need for a home from home experience. As the flat is high up you get great views out towards the castle and the roof windows give great views of the stars on a clear night.”

“The staff were lovely and helpful but we had booked there as there was food available. However when we got there we were told food only on Sundays. ”

“Entrance to car park is very narrow if you have a big car. Front door closed at 10pm so would have to access from rear of property up steep stairs to fire exit and enter with fob. We were back by 9:45pm and we could not buy a drink as last orders had been called 🙁. But clean, comfortable room and central so would stay again for price.”
