“Thank you for having us! It was nice even on the off season. There were clean showers and bathrooms and the tent we were in had a nice space heater. The staff there were willing to accommodate us upon request and were very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this to my friends and family! ”

“The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly! The walls in the room I had were completely bare and white with only one wall having any sort of art. The TV was in the room with the couch but there was nothing in the bedroom. The fridge wasn’t working so my food ended up going to waste by morning which was about $20-$30 worth of food. I think it absolutely is a cute spot with potential but was not worth how much I spent on the room. ”

“Beautiful historical building in the center of town. Lovely, welcoming lobby with a wine bar, gorgeous room flooding with natural light, close to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. A 10-min walk to Luther Burbank Gardens. Staff is super friendly—everyone! A nice little continental breakfast too. ”

“Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck.
In floor heating; no noisy AC unit.
Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly).
Host provided outside movie and got a fire going.
Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas.
Friendly staff who want to help.
Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular.”

- clean rooms, good insulation
- beautiful property, right in the middle of Guerneville
- parking not a problem (it's free)
- nice views of the nearby vineyard and foresty hills
- no issues checking in or out (make sure to check in before 7pm)
The ehh...: Room 124, double-queen
- I don't think they were queen beds...def were Full XL's
- bottom toilet seat can't stay still...had to hold it w/ my...
