“It was good”

“This was an unscheduled stop in our trip. We were grateful that they had a room. The hotel is very clean both inside and out. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect for our stay. Close to the freeway entrance, close to shopping, and close to many places to eat. Will stay here next time we drive through.”

“Property is decent. Personally it was a little noisy for us because our room window was next to the ice machine. So we can hear everyone that came for ice. All the appliances worked well. We had a good stay.”

“Horrible experience. The grounds are full of cigarette butts, stains and filth. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The highway noise kept us up all night. The kicker was leaving hanging valuables in the bathroom, calling within 24 hours and then being hung up on by the front desk clerk telling me they don't have them and don't leave stuff behind the next time. Very rude, unhelpful, and lack of care for their guests. Do not recommend.”

“I had an overnight flight into PDX. I arrived at the hotel before 10:00 am hoping they could accommodate me into a room immediately. The front desk host saw that I was tired and got me right into a room. Super happy with that.”

“We stopped here for a quick overnight on a long drive up I5. We specifically were looking forward to a relaxing hot tub after 13 hours in the car. Happily, both the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours. It was also perfect to be able to have breakfast here before embarking on the last 6 hours of our drive. Room was perfectly clean, bed was comfortable. 👍”

“If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you. Being from out of town we did not realize that it was on such a busy road and near the college. There was an event going on and it was super noisy outside. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to keep in mind if you struggle to fall asleep unless the stars all align like me. The staff was all helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and they do not skimp on the pillows! They could really benefit from some instructions for the...
