“Very clean room”

“Don’t stay there. The Tv was broken which didn’t matter much, but no heating in 32-37 degree weather is unacceptable ”

When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. There was staining on the carpet, sheets on the bed were different colors as if not washed, the AC/Heating unit had mold from lack of cleaning. There were broken and damages clearly visible from the front entrance, stairwell, and...
