“Everything was great except for the bathtub and sinks they were old and dirty.Really wanted to take a bath even after I cleaned it stayed dirty”

The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! ”

“The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, while we paid extra money to get a beautiful view of the beach, what we got was a room at the ground floor with a balcony facing the beach. So, although we technically got a room facing the beach, it was not worth the extra money we paid for as it was the ground floor. And sadly, they said they could not shift us to some other room at the upper floors. Other than that, I think the sound of the elevator was a bit disturbing. But overall,...

“We arrived at 3:00, one hour after check-in, and our room was not ready. We were told we would receive a call or text when the room was ready. We sat on the beach for three hours. No call and no text. When we returned to the front desk, they said they had tried to call me. That was untrue. No one called or texted me. ”
