La posizione dell’hotel vale tutti i soldi spesi, si trova a due passi da piazza Dam e ti permette di girare a piedi. Le camere sono piccoline, buona la colazione, lo consiglio

L’hotel è carino e semplice ottima la posizione a pochissimi minuti sia da piazza dam che dalla central station lasciano un po’ a desiderare la dimensione delle camere (piccole) e la pulizia per il resto il personale molto gentile

Hotel da evitare , stanza piccolissima con un bagno minuscolo. Le lenzuola e il letto erano sporchissimi . La doccia cadeva letteralmente a pezzi infatti ci è caduto un pezzo della doccia sui piedi . Dopo aver richiesto il cambio camera il personale dell hotel non ci guardavano più ne ci salutavano più . Ottima posizione tra centro e stazione , L unica persona dell hotel che abbiamo trovato gentile e disponibile è stata L ultima notte ed era un receptionist notturno .

Esperienza più che positiva
L'Hotel è situato in una posizione assolutamente strategica. se si arriva con il treno alla stazione centrale è sufficiente una sola fermata di tram (giusto per non trascinare le valigie a piedi per 5-6 minuti !!). é in pieno centro, quindi comodo a tutte le principali attrazioni che offre questa splendida città! Servizio dell'hotel di ottima qualità per lo standard di un 3 stelle. lo consiglio vivamente

Ottima posizione
Posizione ottima ,a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale e dalle vie dello shopping. Si può arrivare a piedi anche alla zona dei musei. Comunque c'è fermata del tram vicinissima. La nostra stanza quadrupla era molto ampia ma seminterrata e quindi un po' buia e anche le luci artificiali non aiutavano Cuscini da dimenticare. .Bagno grande sia con doccia che vasca con pulizia sufficiente. Colazione buona anche se essenziale.

Oltre ogni previsione, il prezzo era corretto (siamo ad Amsterdam...) e l'hotel molto buono, pulito, ottima colazione e soprattutto in una posizione eccezionale per tutte le visite, in città ma anche fuori, essendo a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale.

Hotel nel complesso carino, la posizione è ottima a piedi si arriva ovunque, a due minuti dalla stazione. La stanza era piccola però non essendo mai in camera non era molto importante, il bagno era pulito e sembrava comunque abbastanza nuovo, il letto secondo il mio perde da cambiare scomodissimo, pulizia della camera da migliorare in 4 giorni secondo me hanno pulito solo il bagno e rifatto i letti, per terra non hanno mai passato l’aspirapolvere o non sanno passarla. Asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni.

Tutto ok! Posizione strategica! Dall'hotel è facile raggiungere tutti i punti da visitare della città.L'unico neo è che vevamo una camera al primo piano interna senza affaccio, un po' buia.

The Avenue Hotel is close to the Central Station which made it very easy to get around Amsterdam. It is within walking distance to many local attractions as well as the river cruise ship we were getting on. The breakfast offered (for a fee) was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed.

Rough start checking in. Booked a three bed room, expected what was in the picture online. They gave us a room in the basement (half below street level) with door opening to outside. Room was bare bones and looked nothing like picture. Was absolutely horrible. Room 099 - stay away from it! Went back to the front desk and they did rectify it immediately and gave us the correct room. Why they would put us in that room is beyond me. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great (7-10am) Water was pressure good and lots of hot water. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Hotel is a typical European city hotel. Would I stay there again? Yes. Super convenient location!

Booked and paid for a deluxe suite, given a family room in the roof. They claimed it was an upgrade, can't believe that. Wish i had complained sooner.

Very good location and 5 minutes walk to the Central Station. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again 😀

We were surprised at how large the room was for being a city hotel. A nice wardrobe with shelves worked well for 3 ladies with too much stuff. Tram stop outside the door. A 5-7 minute walk from central station. Our room had a small sink and hot plate which we never used. Many dining and shopping options very close by. We paid for the buffet breakfast and we were pleased with the options. Our last morning we had to catch a train and the staff made us up takeaway breakfast.
