Soggiorno positivo. Un po' scomodo il fatto di dover fare il check in presso un altra struttura a 5 minuti di strada a piedi. La camera è ottima. Bisognerebbe migliorare il riscaldamente delle camere secondarie (il freddo era dovuto agli spifferi degli infissi) Per il resto tutto positivo.

WONDERFUL STAFF THE REST TO FOGET
We start from the only merit: the staff. Kind and very helpful. Everything else to forget. First cleanliness is non-existent: dirty and smelly sheets, shower with mold, separate toilets (shower and sink in one and toilet in another) and it wasn't specified, the heating in the room works but it's not built well then enters cold air. The worst thing was that we had to give the deposit of € 300 and wanted us to give it only by credit card other unspecified thing and we only had € 300 in cash so for security reasons they held € 20 without giving it back. Finally from checking in to the hotel to get to the apartment they gave us a map and it was quite difficult to get there.

ANDATE ALTROVE
Avevamo prenotato e pagato un appartamento per 6 persone e quando siamo arrivati l'avevano gia dato via.... noi 6 amici siamo stati costretti a dividerci in due stabili diversi. ( nessun rimborso e nessuna agevolazione ) tutto veramente assurdo, la pulizia lascia a desiderare tappeti e divani sporchi, bagni ciechi senza aspiratore l'unica nota positiva è che almeno eravamo vicini al centro. Sinceramente non lo consiglierei mai

The property was in a great quiet location, easy walk to metro/tram. Cafe and Pizza restaurant at the end of the road. Nearest Spar about 10 mins walk. Lots of stairs to 3rd floor! Very comfy beds and duvets. Kitchen had coffee/tea/sugar (no cafetiere). As advertised and perfect for out 3 night stay.

MOUSE INFESTED. What a rip off. My family (wife and three kids 22, 20, 17) stayed here in December 2023 for 3 nights. Despite the large cost the apartment is extremely basic with bare wooden floors and cheap furniture. It felt like a student flat. The door handles fell off. The common stair area was dirty. We were awakened every night by people smoking weed in the garden of apartment below. THE WORST THING WAS THE MICE THAT WE SAW RUNNING AROUND INSIDE THE APARTMENT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. I CONTACTED THE OWNER BUT HAD NO REPLY. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IS AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!

Beware of multiple flights of ladder like stairs.
The place itself was fine, but it was not at all made clear the treacherous multiple flights of near ladder like stairs required to climb to get to the main level of the apartment. We spent the night, but ended up booking a room at another hotel for use during the day to avoid going up and down those stairs more than once.

L’appartement était correct sans plus. Très petit. Cependant les lits étaient très confortables. C’était extrêmement bruyant, il y avait une cour intérieure et les gens ne faisaient pas attention. Nous nous sommes fait réveiller un matin à 7:00 et les vers 5:30 am.

Appartement très bien agencé refait à neuf. Cuisine bien équipée. Situé au cœur de l ancien quartier juif à proximité du jardin botanique. A 10 minutes à pied du musée Rambrandt et du supermarché. Petit bémol la propreté. Sanitaire nickel mais sur la porte intérieur de la chambre des traces d une vieille soirée trop arrosée …

Great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The apartment was much more spacious than expected & had all necessary amenities - the perfect communal space with private areas too. Everyone at reception was really welcoming & helpful. The location was great too - about a 15 min walk into the city centre so the apartment was peaceful & quiet at night. We stayed here in December and the apartment was warm & cosy even in the cold!

Esperas encontrar un acogdor apartamento, moderno y limpio y te encuentras con una habitacion sucia y con un mantenimiento pesimo, el olor es horrible, no recomiendo ir a nadie. Vomite del asco la primera noche.

Very steep staircase
The flat was light and spacious and has been renovated recently. However it is in an old building which means that the phonic insulation is non existant. You can hear the doors from the other flats squeaking so if other guests are noisy during the night, you will hear them. In addition, the stairs are VERY steep and narrow. This is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems and would be very difficult to manage with a baby or small children to carry up. The hoover and mop left on the landing is not very appealing either.

This place needs to be gutted! It is filthy, dangerous and absolutely disgusting! From the grime on the walls and floor to the stains on the dirty sheets they left on the bed, this place should be condemned!! The railing was hanging off the wall, the planks on the stairs were all cracked making it even more dangerous to climb up! The pitch of the stairs are more like a ladder and extremely skinny! The handles on the door are screws, the bathroom sink was hanging, the shower floods the entire bathroom, the kitchen had all the coffee and jam smeared on the counter tops still from the last guests. This place is run down and is in serious need of an overhaul. The apartment is up 3 BRUTAL flights of stairs that are like a ladder to coins and super skinny, the hallways are filthy with the same garbage remains in them for our entire stay and is just plain gross. Expedia needs to reclassify this hotel to a 1 star or even think if removing it completely from their website.

Emplacement très bien, et appartement globalement très bien. Propreté parfaite. Mais les équipements demanderaient à être mieux contrôlés. J'ai dû déboucher le siphon du lavabo (amas de cheveux), la hotte de la cuisinière ne fonctionne plus, et le matelas du lit est en mauvais état. Après plusieurs nuits, j'avais terriblement mal au dos, ce qui a largement altéré la qualité de mon séjour.

Zeer net appartment - Goede bedden (boxsprings) - frisse propere lakens en voldoende handdoeken Fijne aangename mensen aan de check-in balie (We werden "ge-upgrade" naar het penthouse wat natuurlijk super was) Ruime leefruimte (open ruimte tot in de nok van het huis waar de originele balken zichtbaar zijn. Hier en daar mankeerden wat kleine dingetjes. Bv het kraantje aan de lavabo van het wc stond helemaal los en er mankeerden wat stukken een paar deurklinken. Mischien is het handig om bij de beschrijving aan te geven dat het penthouse op de 3de verdieping moeilijk toegankelijk is voor mensen die slecht te been zijn (60 zeer smalle treden tot in de leefruimte) Ook zou het handig zijn om "instructies" ivm het afval te krijgen (waar kunnnen we glas/papier/enz achterlaten) en een extra vuilzak te hebben (1 vuilzak voor 5 dagen voor 5 personen is net wat te weinig) Ook in de badkamer was er geen vuilbakje/zakje aanwezig. Maar we komen hier zeker graag terug.

This place is very unique and bigger than I anticipated. The one thing I wasn’t happy about was the shower drain, it was extremely slow draining, and when you have a group of guys who have been traveling all day it makes it a pretty big inconvenience. Thank being said it was a nice stay overall.
