With 1 queen bed and 1 queen-sized sofa bed, this spacious and neat 1 bedroom can be easily converted into two bedrooms and sleep 4 comfortably. It looks a lot cuter in the pictures… There were a few things wrong with this place. Any one of them alone would not be a big deal but combined it made for an interesting experience. The first thing is, the shower wasn’t clean. There was a fair amount of human hair on the walls of the shower and in the bathtub.The closet door was broken, shoved into the laundry. Also, in the laundry alcove was an additional full-size mattress stuck into the bedroom.

Safety Concerns and Communication Issues During My Stay

I almost stayed one night, and while the experience had potential, there were several issues. Upon arrival, the unit was excessively hot, with thermostats set above 90F. After opening the windows with the manager's approval, the temperature improved. Additionally, the parking area was dangerously icy, but the manager quickly addressed it by bringing salt and sand.As the weather worsened, safety concerns arose. The wind was so strong that objects were hitting the downstairs windows, and the downstairs curtains didn’t fully cover the glass. The bathroom wall panel kept falling off due to gusts, and I found the carbon monoxide detector along with small items in a kitchen drawer.Feeling unsafe, I reached out to the manager at 8 PM to let them know I would seek alternate accommodations for the night. They responded the next day, expressing hope that I had found a place to stay safely. When I requested compensation, they stated I should have contacted them earlier in the day, but the issues only surfaced that evening.They later confirmed they had addressed my concerns.Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, as I believe property managers should be available at all times for safety concerns. I wish them success moving forward.

Not the best

This place is cheap. And I don’t just mean the price! Have you ever stayed anywhere and it just feels like the owners don’t care? This apartment felt like that.The shower hadn’t been cleaned. There was a fair amount of hair in it, the only bedside lamp was broken and not usable, the toilet leaked all over the floor, The closet door was broken and placed in the laundry area where there was also a spare mattress sticking out into the bedroom- this made the laundry difficult to use. It was also just weird... There were spare pillows, but no spare pillowcases. And the pillows were definitely old and stained.. The mattress itself was comfortable but covered with a thick rubber sheet. I stay in a lot of nightly rentals for work and understand that mattress covers are important ard standard but a rubber sheet and then a very, very thin old bedsheet makes things really hot and uncomfortable. There are two thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs and while it looks like there are a multitude of settings, it is either high (Very hot) or off.There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap. I had to reach out to the host to find out how to get into the apartment.Everything in this place felt cheap, worn and tired. There is zero charm in this place, Not even cheap mass produced art. It looks far nicer than the pictures online. I feel badly I have never left a poor review. But if you need a cheap nightly rental next-door to a Taco Bell- this may work for you.
