Stunning townhome in Girdwood w/ game room and sauna!

This recently built (2023) spacious 2 story townhome is the prefect mountain retreat. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, plus bonus game/fitness room all beautifully decorated in a modern mountain style. 5 min drive to Alyeska Resort, Nordic Spa and restaurants! Whether you're skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer, this townhome is the perfect home base for your adventure!

First Floor Amenities:
The townhome has 2 floors with the ground floor entrance leading to two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, smart TV and large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 is our bunk room with 4 twin beds, walk-in closet and stocked with children books to keep the little ones entertained. You can also access the garage which has been transformed into an amazing entertainment room! Featuring a 12’ shuffle board, foos ball table, dart board, 75” smart TV, Sonos speakers, wet bar, beverage fridge and plenty of seating. We even have a sauna, yoga mats, dumbbells, kettle bells and resistant bands in the garage if you feel like getting a sweat in while on vacation!


Second Floor Amenities:
Upstairs, the brightly lit main floor features an open concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The living room has a 65” smart TV, Sonos speakers and lots of comfortable seating. Balcony with BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with beautiful new Café appliances, dishwasher, microwave and cookware. The dining room features large windows and a solid oak dining table that seats 8- 12. The primary suite is also on the main floor which features a king bed, desk, accent chair, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet with mountain views!

What a Vacation!

The home was in a great location; easy access to Anchorage, Seward, and Whittier. The place was amazing, clean, and worked well for our family. We saw eagles and a couple of moose out of the dining room windows.

Great place to stay

We liked the location, the layout of the place and the cleanliness. Did day trips for tours in the area. Loved the fireplace after coming back from some cold outing and rain. We did fix most of our meals there and could have used a few more large pots. Would stay here again if back in the area.

This is truly a five star experience - she has thought of everything you might need. It’s a beautiful home AND very comfortable and homey. The seven of us had plenty of space to spread out and also to hang together. Girdwood is a great location - beautiful and easy drive for several day trips.

Fun and Convenient

Great home located in a little duplex/triplex group. About 45 minutes from Anchorage with easy access to Kenai peninsula. Just a few minutes from some great restaurants in Girdwood if you don’t want to cook every meal, but outside of the town proper. The game room is super fun and the living areas and beds were all very comfortable.

We loved staying in this house. We ended up with our glacier tour being cancelled and this was the perfect house to stay in. There is plenty of space and the best entertainment/game room. Anything you can think of, this house has it.

Great Location

We chose this property due the the location and are so happy we did. The property is gorgeous and they have so many extra amenities that we all enjoyed. The game room was everyone’s favorite. The property is very spacious and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. This is a great location to stay if you are going on a glacier cruise or dog sled tour.

Beautiful stay in Girdwood

We kicked off our Christmas break with a ski weekend in Girdwood. The weather didn’t cooperate with lots of rain, so it was perfect having a wonderful house to stay in! The kids, and adults, really enjoyed the game room and layout of the townhouse. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was included! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a family gathering!

We LOVED staying at this home in Girdwood. It was a great location, and the kids loved the game room in the garage. Everything was super clean and the furniture was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We are definitely sharing this house on social media with our friends because it is PERFECT for a family gathering, or an Alaska staycation. Loved our stay!

FABULOUS!

If you are looking for a beautifully decorated place to stay with thoughtful and quality amenities (quality linens, soaps, lotions, great selection of coffee, snack basket to welcome guests) look no further. We have stayed at many properties in Girdwood through the years and this has taken the #1 spot on our list. Close to the fun and events of the mountain and wonderfully welcoming after a day of adventures. The game room was an absolute hit with the kids and allowed adults to gather and talk upstairs by the fireplace. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing Famiky Rental for skiing at Aleyska

This property was as amazing as the pictures!! It far exceeded our expectations, and we were surprised by the thoughtful seasonal decorations including a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room! Wonderful home for a family or a group.

The property is spacious but also cozy. We especially enjoyed the openness of the kitchen area and the living room. We had ample island/ counter space for preparing meals including individual pizza night. We stayed with our adult children and their significant others and were able to enjoy the above mentioned as well as the game room down stairs yet have separate beautifully appointed bedrooms. Jodi was communicative and promptly provided us with the easy check in information. We would definitely stay again! Also the Christmas tree was the perfect extra holiday touch!

Could not have been happier. Host was easy to work with, easy to communicate with, condo was extremely well appointed. Over the years my group has rented several ski area rentals. Most were fine with no problems but they usually feel like a rental facility. This condo felt like a home.

Loved It! Loved It!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very tastefully decorated without the "someone lives here" look. We had a party of 8 and the open layout made it so we were not on top of each other. The entertainment room was a really nice getaway from the rest of the place. All the homey touches were really appreciated. A lot of things were provided that really helped since we came to Alaska by air, like foil, baggies, trash bags, some spices, and a really nice gift basket with goodies. Super nice and would definitely stay here again. It was a great location to travel to Seward, Whittier, and to Homer.

Perfect, Clean, Fun Spot to stay in Girdwood

My friends and I had the most perfect stay at this townhome in June. The place was impeccable, gorgeously decorated, and so cozy. The game room in the garage was also the perfect spot to spend on one of our lazy afternoons. Check-in was so easy, the place was easy to find and the driveway had been recently paved which was a nice added touch. The layout was perfect and the place had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better stay while we were in Girdwood. Couldn't recommend this place enough. We told all of our friends at the wedding we were attending about our amazing VRBO. Will come back here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, Sparking New Townhome in Girdwood

After three weeks of traveling around various hotels and VRBOs thru Alaska, my family and I were simply thrilled to stay at Jodie's property in Girdwood. I've never stayed anywhere with such thoughtful small touches to add to the amazing floorplan and amenities. Cozy blankets to snuggle with everywhere, honey (in small adorable pouches) for tea, and so many books on Alaska for adults and kids alike to learn. The game room kept all ages occupied (a night sky viewer too) and kitchen was well-appointed. Very close, 5 min drive to restaurants in Girdwood and Portage Glacier area less than 30 min drive. Amazing! Stay there!

We were suprised when we walked in . The place is super nice and very clean . The decor made it feel very welcoming and warm . The host had thought of all the ammenties we would need . From extra towels and blankets to kitchen items and toiletries . The garage game room was definitely our favorite place to hang out . Has alot of activities to keep you entertained and fun lighting to personalize your vibe .If you have an event in Girdwood, reccomend staying here.
