“While the staff was friendly enough, this was the worst place I've stayed in a cross-continental trip of over 3000 miles. There was hot water in the tub, but only warm from the sink faucet, no matter how long you waited. The remote for the TV didn't work; asked for replacement batteries, but was told the "sensor" probably wasn't working. Gave up after a while. No ice bucket in the room. Mediocre breakfast: no hot water at all for things like tea; wonder bread, basically, with no other...

“Breakfast was good, room was older looking but clean. They did add a $50,00 refundable deposit upon check-in. Thankfully we had copy of the receipt when the room was paid for through Expedia, lady at the front desk tried to tell us that we owed for the room.”

“My whole family stayed at this hotel, and had a great experience. The rooms we stayed in were excellent. They were very accommodating with us needing one of the rooms on the ground floor. Pet policy was great. We were able to get a late checkout too. In one of the rooms the toilet was not working for the whole day of check out, and the staff showed no urgency to repairing it.
