“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“What an amazing staff! My sister and I felt pampered from our arrival to departure. When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. Free round trip shuttle service was offered to points of interest in the city during the month of June. This really helped because we didn't have a car. The hotel offered a gym and a pool as amenities for guests. The rooms were spacious and inviting for a restful...

“Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. TV was not a smart one and we were unable to screencast our phones so had to watch shows on our phones. Looking forward to sleeping in to be woken by very loud, repetitive noises beginning at...

“We loved the view at breakfast! The staff was kind. Great amenity to have a free shuttle to downtown. It's an older property but pretty well maintained. Wish there had been a SmartTV.”

“The valet parking was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. Only one elevator worked which slowed things down. During the evening/night you could hear everything that was happening in the hall and adjacent rooms. Not very peaceful.”

“Clean room, stocked with beach and bath towels. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. Bath had a personal jacuzzi tub. Their outdoor jacuzzi along with their spa robes felt like a luxurious experience at the spa. The wife and I bought a wine bottle, and their front desk provided the cork opener and glasses. Breakfast was a homier version of a hotel's continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and offered golf cart rides to the local beach.”
