“The motel was in a lovely setting, oak trees with Spanish moss, a nice dock on the creek. The rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Several good restaurants close by, Prime Steakhouse, a little pricy but very good. Ciao Bella Italian great. We enjoyed our stay here.”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). “La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

The floor was vinyl and smelled of harsh chemicals. I had just taken a shower, walked across the room and my feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom vent was broken. “They cancelled my booking without as little as an email, phone call, or text then proceeded to be angry with me for being upset. They gave different excuses such as my number, and email weren't listed when I've booked numerous times with expedia and that's never happened. They will take your money first then come and tell you they were overbooked. I had to find a new hotel after driving 5 hours. The customer service reps were terrible as well.”
