“No hot water the first night, black hair in the bathtub and I am a blonde and the room was filthy. I think it basically got completely skipped from prior guests. I even left a day early very nice staff that helped as much as they could with the hot water and as quickly as they could. And I do understand that the electricity goes off a lot in Big Bear and then you have to flip a switch but he had said the electricity went off a whole day prior and they should have known. “You certainly get what you pay for… the staff were friendly and the check in/check out process was simple and fast, which we appreciated. And the AC worked well! But the room was dirty. The floors left my feet black after walking a few feet, the bath mat was stained (hard to tell if it was clean or not). The beds were uncomfortable and SQUEAKY and each only had three (why three?!) thin/lumpy pillows. The sink area had clearly not been cleaned in a while. And there was a German Cockroach in the...
