“Perfect location in Bradenton Beach. Able to walk everywhere.”

“It has excellent location to both oce@n and intercostal near Main Street and trolley stop. Smaller than expected.”

“Old and dirty and next to a loud public beach parking lot that made it extremely noisy. I would not even sleep there. Had to book a different place down the street. Manager rude and also lied when I disputed the charge saying that I was a no show. Stay away”

“Everything about my stay was great! Will definitely be back!”

“We loved that the beach was 3 minute walk. We wish there was more food near that we could walk to. Had to walk a block to get to the trolley pick up and then we was able to go get food. But loved the beach was not so crowded where we was. They had some older beach chairs and toys for kids. Pool was nice definitely recommend”

“Perfect place for a long weekend stay at the beach for two. Super clean room with nice amenities both inside and at the property itself. The property has two pools, and provides beach lounge chairs for guests free of charge and already handy out at the beach. There are charcoal grills, washers and dryers for guests who don’t have them in their units, as well as a boat dock on the bay side of the property. Our only negatives were the bed being too firm for our liking, as well as bright outside...

“Clean rooms and great host. Close to beach and good pool.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at this property! It is close to the beach and walking distance from a ton of restaurants. Communication was great and they were super friendly. It was a rainy weekend so the only thing we wished is that the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV but that didn't bother us too much as the living room tv was. We usually barely turn on the TV on vacation but the rain left us with not much to do. Lovely property, it was clean and as described in the listing. We'd definitely...

“The property was clean and inviting upon arrival. It is a great location for walking most places we wanted to go on the island. We arrived earlier than expected so we called and they were able to let us in a little early. The call service was easy to contact. The code didn’t work to get in, but we called and they were able to give us the code to get the key. There isn’t much insulation between this condo and the one above. We could hear little feet running and even conversations of the upstairs...

“We loved our stay at 107A! It was perfect for the two of us, We loved the short walk to the beach and how walkable it was to local restaurants and stores. Thank you for a great stay!”

“This place was close to the pier, so it was fun watching the construction. You really need to rent a golf cart if staying very long there. Pool was right outside the door! We used the free bus to go to Holmes Beach!”

“Absolutely loved staying here. Location was perfect close to everything room was impeccable and clean, as well as the pool & jacuzz. the price was great.. will be returning and staying here.”

“Beach view is beautiful”

“Stay was good. We enjoyed our stay just a few things-main pool for the entire stay had dead bugs throught out the entire pool -bed in main room was unstable when you sit on the foot of the bed the other end lifts to the point you slide off the bed where you're seated -would be a nice add to have a dresser in the bedrooms-extra towels for a long stay would be nice”

“El apartamento estaba muy limpio. El staff muy amable, atento y servicial, Jensy, Sherly y Alvano, fueron lo máximo. La piscina estaba un poco fría al principio pero luego la calentaron y ya al segundo día estaba perfecta. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta pues está pegadito a la playa, y cerca tiene varios restaurantes, farmacias y un supermercado Publix.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful and relaxing stay at Mello on the Beach in July 2026.
