Ranch a Anna Maria Island

“Check-In time posted on Hotels.com was different than what the Villa stated. Villa looked like pictures posted. Pool wasn’t cleaned but there was a net for guest to clean it.”

“Ottima struttura pulita, ordinata, con personale educato, cordiale, discreto e molto disponibile. La stanza è molto ampia e ben organizzata, confortevole con una bellissima veranda. Letti comodi con lenzuola pulite e profumate. Colazione abbondante. L'hotel e vicinissimo a una delle più belle spiagge della Florida”

“The room was clean, great parking, and easy walk to beach. There was no staff on property, had to wait for a code to be sent to get in, lighting was dim, couch and walls were stained. We would probably stay again, but those simple fixes and a bottle of water or two would change this rating to excellent.”

“Excellent position beach front, recently refurbished rooms , very kind and useful staff. ”

“The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return.”

“We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week....

“Me gustó mucho muy acogedor todo lo disfruté”

“El colcho del sofá cama esta muy malo. La cama excelente”

“It has excellent location to both oce@n and intercostal near Main Street and trolley stop. Smaller than expected.”

“The location was absolutely fantastic. So close to everything on the north end, which is the part of the island that we really preferred. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach cart provided was life-changing for all our future beach vacations!Only suggestion I have would be to add curtains to the bedroom. Even with the blinds shut, it still gets pretty bright in there in the morning.”

“The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The interior and exterior were immaculately clean, and the pool was a lovely feature. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway.”
