“Great stay, great staff, cool hotel”

“Very convenient location right off the 401 and staff was great. However the condition of the property itself needs some work. In the room I stayed in, the toilet handle was broken, the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor and the bedroom door was broken. Hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for months. Card reader on the back door worked when it wanted to. The closer was also broken on the back door. These are all little things that can be taken care of very quickly...

“I had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and bright. The room was clean, however the carpet needed another going over, which was taken care of immediately. Staff were wonderful. I'd stay again, and recommend to others. ”

“Not at all the hotel issue, but there was a huge group of young athletes with their parents who basically took over the entire hotel. My stay was very unpleasant because of the volume and activity from 7am to 1am. I wish the parents were a little more considerate of other guests :(”

“Yes the breakfast was fresh and the coffee was delicious. Parking was right by the front door, easy access for us. Hotel is excellent. Well appointed inside, room had all the necessary things we needed, beds comfortable and well made up,with winter white sheets and cover. Hotel was in a quiet area of Oshawa . Would definitely recommend it and book there again. ”
