“Curtains and furnishings probably need to be updated… torn and raggedy. The carpets are actually WET due to humidity… bathrooms need renovation…grout chalk are in poor shape and visibly distasteful. Weed wafts through the hallways… disgusting. Ice machine broken. Breakfast was good though and pool looked inviting, but didn’t have a chance to check it out.”

“The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. The ceiling and damaged area in the room closet is also still wide open with no repair work done. I went down to the front...

“The staff were so helpful and sweet. They were very personal and we enjoyed our conversation conversations with them. With that, our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. But overall, the room was adequate.”

“Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with...

“The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. ”

“It was filthy dirty. I will never stay there again ever in my life. I will not recommend this place. Nasty disgusting the toilet was dirty. The bathtub was dirty. There was old soap from the previous person that stayed there. It was just all around disgusting.”
