“Penso che se volete trascorrere dei giorni tranquilli, in un ambiente famigliare e accogliente, questo sia il posto ideale. La piscina con vista sulla valle circostante, in cui si rispetta la gente con cui condividi il luogo è una chicca. Stefy è una cuoca eccellente e assieme a Sebastien ti fanno sentire ospiti graditi. La zona del Périgord noir é incantevole per siti culturali, possibilità di attività sportive e feste locali ”

“A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!”

“L'albergo è vicino allla città vecchia, quindi la posizione è ottima. La stanza era molto piccola e il bagno era diviso tra wc e doccia e lavabo e il primo era minuscolo. Trattandosi di una sola notte il disagio è stato molto contenuto. Il personale è comunque molto gentile e la colazione ottima. La disponibilità del parcheggio si è rivelata molto utile poichè ad agosto la cittadina è colma di turisti. Consiglio: prenotare il parcheggio in anticipo.”

“Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful.”

“The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....
