“Franck and Nelly are very kind hosts: we arrived late in the morning and nevertheless they gave us the opportunity to get the room. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jam and cakes. La Bayardine is a peaceful place where you can relax yourself, have good time and visit wonderful villages. We really recommend this B&B: grazie Franck and Nelly!”

“Our room was lovely, spacious, very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.”

“The hotel is just in front of the pedestrian area. Parking is not easy on-site, but there are free big parking lots at 4 min by foot. The rooms are not big but cosy, very clean and functional. The staff at the reception and the pub were very helpful and fantastic. The SPA is nice and open from 9 to 21. overall, a very good stay.”

“Beautiful location overlooking Sarlat valley. Peaceful property and exquisite restaurant. Very nice staff and well-maintained hotel. Very quick access to Sarlat town.”

“The room was pretty small. The cleaning very poor. The location not so bad but overall not recommended. Maximum one night for a quick stop over.”

“Beautiful niche hotel in a quiet town in the lovely Perigord region. Centrally located with easy daytime excursions to the various places of interest. Hotel offers everything you need, parking, quiet, excellent restaurant, knowledgeable concierge and a spacious room and bath, even a large balcony. Only downside was that no restaurant in town would open for dinner before 7pm. But when they open, the food is fantastic.”

“Try the foie gras at the restaurant-fabulous! Breakfasts were delicious as well.”

“What a great pleasure the hotel was. Came for the Caves but would return just for the hotel.”
