“Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Paradise Resort and we will continue to stay with them every time we go back to the Gold Coast! Super convenient location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants BUT you won’t need to leave the resort at all if you don’t want to, as they have everything you need in there! All day activities for the kids, restaurants, convenience store etc We can not fault it at all! Super recommended ”

“The food service was quick & efficient with good portion sizes! Room was comfortable & very quiet even in the middle of the day with lots of people outside the room was still fairly quiet surprisingly. The customer service at front desk over phone could use some work in manners & focus to helping the customer as best as possible - very short, clueless & rude answers with no solution tips or effort to solve or help. Otherwise the stay was 100% worth every minute & dollar! ”

“Excellent laid back holiday enjoyed in the hot tub and by the fire pit.
