“The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime spot and is very safety conscious using Hotel Keycards as gain access to areas inside the hotel as well as the carpark. Ross, at front reception was friendly, helpful and approachable he was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great and you can request make your own omelettes or eggs. There were some changes to the buffet but you will always find scrambled eggs and bacon for sure. Staff are amazing too. Cathy, who was the front counter...

“The food service was quick & efficient with good portion sizes! Room was comfortable & very quiet even in the middle of the day with lots of people outside the room was still fairly quiet surprisingly. The customer service at front desk over phone could use some work in manners & focus to helping the customer as best as possible - very short, clueless & rude answers with no solution tips or effort to solve or help. Otherwise the stay was 100% worth every minute & dollar! ”
