“Beautifully appointed home, in a great location. Very walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the extremely comfortable beds, to the gourmet kitchen, there is no room for improvement on this property. We enjoyed the chilly evenings out by the firepit, and loved that we could walk almost everywhere from this home's location in the historic district. Michael is an amazingly attentive host, who goes the extra mile when in comes to comfort details, and was communicative and helpful throughout...

“We had a wonderful day at this Avila Beach apartment! Quiet, clean, comfortable. Had great pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The air conditioner and fans work great. Nice bathroom and shower. The king size bed is really comfortable. Our teenage boys say the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing, but sofa beds rarely are! We love being able to walk into the town and the sunset views from the deck were lovely! We look forward to returning!”

“These cottages are the best! This is our 3rd stay and each time fully enjoyed ourselves. Perfect kitchenette has all you need for light meals. Refrigerator keeps drinks and food cold and ready to use. Bed is comfy and spacious with enough bedding to stay warm or cool as you need. Property manager communicated with us before and during stay to make sure all was good. Located near several good spots to eat and good place to get a nice walk in. We'll be back soon!”

“A lovely little cabin in the woods. Beautiful spot to enjoy the serenity of the west side of Paso Robles. One bedroom is a loft above the kitchen and the other is a folding door off the living room. We had a small issue with the heater but Joy was very responsive and was able to fix it while we were at dinner. Joy was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Watch sunrise in the hot tub and seeing the deer walk on the property was the absolute highlight of our stay. ”
