“We have stayed at this property multiple times and this time were disappointed with the decision to remove the in-room coffee maker, the installation of one coffee cup at a time dispensers at breakfast and the cold scrambled eggs. The breakfast staff person was pleasant and helpful but it was really slow getting a cup of coffee because it’s all self serve. The notes said the decision for changes was based on minimizing cup waste but if that’s true they can offer ceramic mugs to be washed. The...

“The hotel was clean as usual, and we received great service from all staff members. What I didn’t like was the dogs barking, literally having a barking contest; I thought I was at a dog daycare. Next time I will ask to be far away from guests with dogs. I couldn’t sleep. I am a pup grandma and love animals, but I wasn’t expecting to hear that on my vacation.”
