“I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for wifi, most resorts offer free wifi with your stay. The room and bathroom was so small and out of date, I will never stay there again. The only good thing was I could take my dog, and to be honest, that was the only reason I chose them, because of the pet policy. But I had several other options but with West Gate being a well known name, I thought the accommodations would have been better. You live and learn, and trust me I have learned, never again!”
