“Upon arrival the gated entrance provided assurance I was in the right place. The property was well maintained from the villa sections, to the high rises and pool areas. The environment and atmosphere at the main pool was great with the DJ and music playing. The bar with waitress service was on point. “Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. ”
