“It was a nice spacious room, and good area. But the door was damaged when we checked in, had two bugs in the bathtub and the corner piece of the wall was falling apart other than those issues, bedroom was clean, breakfast was amazing! and loved the pool hours!”

“I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!”

“This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! “The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. “We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not...
