“The room was clean, linens clean. Curtains adequately blocked outside lighting at night. Staff were friendly. Plenty of amenities for taking care of yourself in terms of access to food and refreshments. Grocery and other stores within a couple of minutes' drive. Valet team was one of the best I've experienced. In true casino fashion, the smell of smoke hits you upon entrance, but the hotel part was smoke-free. Elevators were quick. Enjoyed an evening of gaming entertainment during the stay.”

“Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. “The view was awesome. It was quiet & beds comfy... However, the rooms had an unpleasant odor. We asked to switch rooms & the second room didn't smell as bad. I was disappointed in breakfast. Same thing & lukewarm. No flavored creamer except half & half for coffee from automated machine. No pancakes or waffles.”

“The staff was so so welcoming and accommodating. We forgot a few things and they were so sweet. Very flexible on helping us when I scheduled the wrong date. The beds were extremely comfortable.well my daughter said hers wasn’t as much so maybe a little inconsistent. The pillow top on our bed was amazing. Very peaceful and local to everything. Everything worked. We have no complaints. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go stay in Hot Springs. II only wish the price was a little...
