“The hotel was classic, clean, warm and inviting, and the Christmas trees and mailbox for Santa were very festive. The valet staff was attentive and polite, as were the front desk staff. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room (King Suite) was excellent and comfortable. We will definitely visit the Fairmont Dallas again. Thanks for everything!”

“I've stayed at Aloft Downtown Dallas on 2 occasions and have no regrets! Check-in is a breeze and the gentlemen at front desk made me feel "at home". Rooms are comfortable and I loved the modern, boutique design. Check-out was quick and easy. Enjoyed chatting with staff as they were decorating for Christmas and learned a bit about the history of the historic building that had been restored for the hotel. Highly recommend!!”
