Across from Blue Lake Springs Pool! Private Hot Tub, EV charger, Pets Ok!

Plug in and unplug. Welcome to Three Cedars, where you'll find all the modern luxuries of the city without the noise. Enjoy the complimentary EV charging, one touch gas fireplace, wifi enabled home theater, and smart big screen tv's all while located directly across the street from the Blue Lake Springs HOA. Steps to the lake, minutes to groceries and restaurants, a short drive to Bear Valley for skiing, or Murphy's for wine tasting make us the perfect destination during any season.

The space:
PLEASE NOTE: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS ONLY IS 6! Our cabin was designed with guests in mind. Perfect for 2-3 families, there's room for everyone. Our tri-level chalet comes complete with a primary bedroom, loft, and bathroom on the upper floor. The main level has a bunk room for the kids, a queen bedroom, and full bathroom. The lower level is a media room that can convert to a queen bed, complete with another full bathroom.

Other things to note:
We do allow dogs in our home, however, there is a max of 2 per stay with a nonrefundable $200 pet fee. There is also a REFUNDABLE $500 security deposit which is immediately returned upon your departure in the event the following rules have all been adhered to.
- Your dogs are not to be left unattended at any point during your stay unless left in the basement mudroom.
- Any scratches on our wood doors, on leather furniture, or ANY dog hair found on the beds will result in a loss of security deposit.
- Do not allow your dog to use the deck as a potty, and please note that the deck is not fully closed in. If your dog is a runner, we are not responsible in the event they get lost.

Great Cabin, great location.

We had a very comfortable stay in this newly renovated cabin. All of the design details and personal touches made this place feel like home. We extended our stay and it was so easy to arrange that with Christina. I also added my mom and her small dog and it was no problem. Everyone had fun. The house is in a great location to Blue Lake Springs pool and lake which with the Guest pass we could use. All of the amenities in the house were cool, like the jacuzzi, fire pit, bbq, and towels. Plus the kitchen had everything we needed and more. It made it very easy to just come right in and prepare all of our meals for the week. The upstairs does get warm however the bedroom up there has a split AC which was wonderful. The upstairs shower doesn't have the best water pressure, and could be better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are actually talking about going back. Thank you Christina.

Beautiful cabin in perfect location

We loved everything about this cabin and our stay. Communication with Christina was easy - she responded quickly to all the questions I had prior to our stay. Check-in and out were super easy. The cabin is gorgeous - beautifully styled and maintained with everything you might need (including extras that I wouldn't have expected like beach towels and chairs for the lake/pool). The kitchen is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the linens so nice - everything was perfect. The hot tub and huge deck were wonderful for relaxing outdoors surrounded by trees. The location is perfect, particularly for a large group of 8 like ours. We were able to walk back and forth from Snowflake Lodge easily and the kids had a blast swimming in the lake and pool and participating in the fun activities offered there. We definitely plan to visit again!

Beautiful Mountain Escape

This is a gorgeous house in the Arnold area, very well maintained and fully stocked. Christina was incredibly communicative and helpful, even when we had to bother her on New Years Eve, she got back to us immediately. The house has a great layout of space, perfect for groups or families, and a beautiful kitchen for sharing meals. We would definitely stay again!
