“Space to walk, restaurants, gym and pool. Lovely environment”

“Staff was helpful. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Clearly organized, and meticulous attention to detail. I needed an extra pillow and management was quick to respond. Lovely environment, although outdoor furniture in our room could be easily improved. Loved the small town and downtown area. A four square grocery was a 3 minute walk.. and we enjoyed a hot chicken for dinner. We managed to plate it and enjoy that as a light dinner in the mini kitchenette space. One evening we...

“Tutto perfetto”

“Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

“Beautiful place. Great location. Great view. Loved cheeseboard and wine.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Resort. It had everything we needed, close to the town centre but far enough away to be peaceful. Amazing views of the snowy mountains! Perfect for families. ”

“Spire Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, catering to both city dwellers and outdoor enthusiasts. The room was superb, offering a beautiful view, comfort, and cleanliness. The breakfast was simply amazing, and the staff treated us with exceptional personal attention and genuine friendliness.”

“Accogliente e grazioso hotel di design moderno e rustico (!) dotato di ogni comfort. A due passi dal centro e dalla cabinovia. Due note per EXPEDIA: 1. non offrono più afternoon tea, 2. Non dispongono più di biciclette per gli ospiti. Sito di EXPEDIA assolutamente da correggere.”

“Receptionists were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices Overall 8.5/10.”

“While the rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment were small, the staff offered to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom for a discounted upcharge, but we opted to keep our original room. The views from the rooms are outstanding. The staff was outstanding at every point. We especially enjoyed being served dinner in the True South Restaurant by Faustine who was super friendly and accommodating. We made it a point to go back to for dessert our last night to see her. The food was excellent. The location is a...

“Morgan in the front office made our stay amazing!! She upgraded our room to one with a spectacular, 180 degree view of Lake Wakatipu. She answered all my questions about where to eat, where to walk and how to manage all things Queenstown. The room was super clean, well appointed, a short walk to the city center and very spacious. If we make it back to Queenstown from the U.S., we will stay at the Alexis!”

“Super landscaped gardens with hot tub and tennis court set in countryside location with mountain backdrop. We stayed in comfy well equipped 2 bedroom appartment. Spotlessly clean with two outside decks.”
