“The one bedroom apartment was fantastic for 2. The bedroom and the living room both facing the ocean and with sliding doors. Bathroom with a one person jacuzzi was nice and big with two basins and a window where you could see the ocean through the bedroom. Staff was friendly. Both inside and outside swimming pools could have been a bit warmer to be used in the winter and the sauna was being serviced.”

“Room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the view was in point. Bigs up to Rob for being so kind & very helpful He made us most welcome and gave us lots of information on where to dine, shop etc. We would definitely stay again ”

“Onsite staff were super quick to respond when we had an issue. Check-in was easy. Really appreciate the 24/7 help available. Would be great to add the location of laundry facilities and ice maker to the info link too. ”

“One of the best locations on the Gold Coast. The managers were excellent to deal with and made our stay most enjoyable. The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back.”

“Our room only had air con in lounge and was very noisy. Bedspread had huge burn hole insufficient blankets no pool towels and very basic kitchen”

“Be nice to have the bare minimum of cooking stuff. Having to buy a container of salt for example. So easy to do and so cheap. Just a thought. All the 'residents' were just so helpful and kind!”

“The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place”
