When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . “Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night.”

The gym had limited floor space, could perhaps have some little cubby shelves to put belongings in, one of the two treadmills not working. The beach view was awesome. The lifts were noisy next to our room. Very convenient location in Surfers.”
