Second floor : Upstairs you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms equipped with TV including Netflix, Master suite features a luxurious bed, TV, couches, coffee table and private bathroom.

Basement: Fully finished basement with game room.

PLEASE NOTE : Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The property is limited to 10 guests per reservation. No Fighting, No Smoking, No Party , No Pet, No Rearrange of furnitures , No Shoes on the carpet and be mindful of the walls. We do not allow parties and no large gathering of guests inside and outside of the house more than people listed on the property.

Violators will be fined per occurrence. No Loud noise and ( No walls Marking ) Please be mindful of the walls and all amenities to avoid been charged. NO SHOES ON CARPET OR INSIDE THE ROOM, there’s shoes rack by the door.

There will be a $500 fee for noise complaints or rearrange of furniture.

Please note there’s camera outside of the property facing the street for your safety, NO camera inside the house.
