“We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. ”

“Would be a good place but room was really cramped for space and there was almost no shelf space — could barely deal with two small suitcases One of the tiny side tables next to bed could barely accommodate a bottle of water Other than that, fancy elevators ”

“My stay was terrific. The Hotel is a charming throwback to earlier years. Every detail of the renovation, from the rooms to the public areas were perfectly appointed. The Breakfast Buffet was varied and filling. The Best "Grits" I have ever eaten - they actually had a taste of corn, they were delicious! Parking was convenient. There were plenty of spots available just outside or within a few steps of the front porch. The "Speak Easy Bar" in the Basement was a great surprise experience. Music...

“When we checked in the room,I ordered a king suite.I was told that all the king suites were occupied and that my king suite was under maintenance (had been for over (the room had been in maintenance at least 3).O was told they called Expedia and Expedia was supposed to notify me.I cant find a notification. The front desk told me I was getting a king studio and a$15 discount for each day we stayed. I was clear this offer was not acceptable. We get to the studio and the room is horrible. I asked...
