Relax, Unwind & Take in the Gorgeous Scenery at Pinehill Hideaway!

Located in 8.3 miles from downtown Ashland, just outside the Village of Mifflin, enjoy what this 1-bedroom house has to offer. This superb property features an outdoor hot tub, a conversational, sunken lounge living room. A flat screen TV & a sectional/Murphy bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The master bedroom boasts a tremendous king bed with a Flat Screen TV & charging stations, for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, with a hand-held & a rainfall shower head.

With many amenities (*ski lift privileges & ski privileges are not available!!! Even if your search shows it is!!) OUR guests will feel right at home: Propane Heat, AC, Ceiling Fan, 2 Sky Lights, 2 TV,s, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Clothing Storage, Iron, Steamer, Yoga Mat, Dedicated Workspace, Self Check-In, Keypad. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays!

Basement & Outdoor Pole Barn Entrance will remain locked at all times, with security cameras aimed at the driveway for safety purposes.

Enjoy peaceful morning views on the second story walkout deck or take a walk on our trails that lead back to the Pines. Hopefully, local wildlife will be strolling by!

Stay out of the weather in the covered outdoor concrete porch beside the pole barn! the porch is equipped with a bar, grill & seating. We have cornhole, volleyball, kickball, wiffleball, football, sleds & even hula hoops!

YOU WILL be responsible for any damage to the rental & property caused by you or your party during your stay*

You can visit the local village bar, & restaurants just down the road if you don't feel like cooking, in our fully equipped kitchen! Just right around the corner, you have the Oak Park Tavern, The End Zone Bar, Chuy's Mexican Restaurant, Radar's Dairy Bar, The Ole Mill Lake Co &the Mifflin Market/Gas Station.

If you want to venture further, we are nestled perfectly in between downtown Mansfield & Ashland, which is a 10-15 minute drive. If you have family that attends Ashland University, Pinehill Hideaway is 10-15 minutes away!

If you love the outdoors & like to hike, fish or Kayak/Boat you are in the right place!!! Charles Mill Lake & Marina is a 4 minute drive. Loudonville Canoe Livery is a 17 minute drive. Mohican State Park is a 20 minute drive. If its COLD out & you love to Ski, Snowboard & Tubing, Snow Trails is a 21 minute drive.

For all you Golfers, we are close to Forest Hills Golf Course - 8 minute drive. Ashland Golf Club - 14 minute drive.

There are many local Winery/Craft beer destinations as well. Hickory Vines Winery is a 12 minute drive. Ugly Bunny Winery is a 21 minute drive. Lincoln Way Vineyards is a 21 minute drive. Uniontown Brewery Co. of Ashland is a 17 minute drive. Pheonix Brewing Company is a 17 minute drive.

The *Ink in the Clink Festival* July 17-19, 2026 Ohio State Reformatory is a 14 minute drive.

Prairie Peddler Festival* September 26-27, 2026 & October 3-4, 2026 is a 20 minute drive.

Our stay was excellent. Quick trip to Ohio from New York. Easy access right off of State Route 30. Centrally located so it was easy for me to visit myCompany in Wooster, Ohio and our family in Mansfield. Clean, picturesque with the freshly fallen snow. Would recommend and more than likely will rent again when we return to Ohio.

What a winter wonderland experience! The host is very quick responding and informative, as well as friendly, inviting and accommodating! The home was so cozy, setup great for family fun and little extra personalized touches thrown in...and the property, just magical, with room to run and play, explore and so much more! I wished we had booked more than 1 night and the kids are already asking to return, which we hope in the future we will! Perfect getaway for all at a great price!

This is one of the best properties Ive ever stayed at. Michele stocked the kitchen with water, creamer and coffee. There was extra tolieteries in the bathroom, the property was beautiful.

This home is so lovely! It’s cozy and warm, very well appointed, and feels like coming home. Michele had the lights and TV on for me upon my arrival, which was such a nice touch. It’s the middle of winter, and still the backyard and forest behind were magical. Twinkle lights shining under a beautiful nights ski and a hot tub? Perfect. On top of the, the house was SPOTLESS so I really felt like I could relax from the first minute I arrived. I hope to come back soon!

Our stay was perfect. The host has everything you could think of. When we arrived, lights were on and it was welcoming. The home is gorgeous, cozy and comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic on a snowy evening. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.

Don’t question or look any further…this place is the real deal! So quaint, cozy, and full of character. Every little thing was thought out! Kitchen is fully stocked even with your favorite k cups which we loved! Water bottles were already in fridge. Hot tub was quickly set up and we were able to use it upon the day of its arrival! House was immaculate and there were plenty towels for us to use. Hosts were amazing and very quick to respond to anything we needed. The location reminds you of being up in the mountains at a retreat away from everything and nature all around, but town is actually just a couple streets away! It has a nature path that is lit up out back and just feels like a special place in the middle of no where where you can relax and unwind! Definitely will be booking again in the future!!
