“This was one of the more memorable experiences and stays I've ever had - the loveliest even. Everything from the decor to the hospitality of the entire staff to the food to the meditation bath was a testament to intentionality. The attention to detail and storytelling of the omakase dinner at the restaurant was my absolute favorite part of our entire stay. Can't wait to return, hopefully for many years to come! ”

“The log cabin lodge is run by Sasaki San and his mum. Lovely people.
The place was clean and very quiet. All we heard were the birds and great view of the lake. Sunset made the island shine and a rainbow to appear.
Since the cabin is surrounded by nature, just keep the insect screens in place when the verandah doors are open and all is good.
We took the meal package as it was well rated. It was more than we expected. The steak was surely the highlight - juicy and tender. Best I’ve had so...

“Room super small and full of small insects, the worst part was the bathroom, there were no separation with the shower so every time we took shower all the bathroom was flooding. We asked for addition towel and they charged us. The second day they didn't even cleaned up the room.
A/C right above the head of the bed and in not a good status so either there were 30 degree either 5.
The worst experience was the transfer to the airport ( charged separately almost 20 euros for 20km) The driver was...

“Ottimo albergo posizione strategica comodo a tutto, personale gentilissimo e cortese , ottima pulizia con un livello di manutenzione generale buono.
