“３泊しましたが、毎日ベッドメイキング、タオル入れ替えに加えて水を２本補給してくださったのが大変よかったです。早朝4時頃のチェックアウトにもご対応いただき、助かりました。海外からの訪問なので勝手がよくわからなかったのですが、アイロン台の使用について貼り紙があれば使用してみたいと思いましたし、夕飯の予約もしていなかったのですが、追加料金を払えば利用できるのかどうかが分かれば嬉しかったです。ホテルとしてはとてもよかったです。”
