“The hotel is in need of some serious restoration. My room had horrible moldy caulking around the bathtub, sink and shower area. Disgusting.The room smelled like dank gym socks and somebody had been smoking in there at one point although the room is non-smoking. The hot water did not last very long. And the shower head..... “I would like to start by saying I was not expecting anything luxurious, but finding roaches in the bed headboard area was definitely not what I expected. When I checked in, the front desk associate was polite, and the check-in process was quick and easy. However, after about three hours in the room, I noticed a roach on the wall. Once I started looking around more carefully, I found another on the TV console, one near the edge of the headboard, and later a small roach even walked across my iPad...

“I booked this room last minute for myself and daughters after we had a power outage in our city very late at night. I noticed that I booked this room in the wrong city immediately after the confirmation showed. I contacted the hotel and they redirected me to Expedia who then called the hotel. The hotel said no manager was on duty and I still have not received any refund.”
