“We love the location. Convenient to Ocean City. Convenient to WAWA. The rooms towards the back of the property are very quiet. What is bad is the condition of the property. Chairs wobbly. TV hard to use. Towel rack ripped off the wall and not replaced. No one attends the desk so we couldn't get any ice from ice machine. No breakfast. Coffee was make your own in the room only. It is a fantastic bargain for Ocran City but not well maintained.”

“It was a basic stay. But being in our favorite city made it perfect for our needs. We had to ask for a hair dryer and an extra bag when we put our trash out at night. The beds were a bit lumpy, but we were so worn out from the waves -who cares! The walls are thin - bring earplugs for that and the intermittent room air conditioner. They did loan us beach tags to use with a returnable venmo payment - just had to ask. Very helpful.
The parking is tight, but an overflow lot was provided. Great and...

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and charming. The location was perfect. We enjoyed a Friday evening concert on the beach adjacent to the hotel. On Saturday night we could see fireworks from Ocean City from the rooftop balcony. There are lots of great bars and restaurants close by. It was a great spot!!”
