“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“Staff was very helpful. Dinner was nice and it was good breakfast was included. Great stay if you need to be near airport.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...

“We were very impressed with the hotel and it was great value for the cost of the one night.”

“We upgraded to a refurbished apartment and it was excellent. The only real problem was parking was a bit limited”

“Was mostly ok apart from the fridge absolutely reeking of rotting fish. Couldn’t use it. If you opened it the it contaminated the whole room. And the rooms come with jetted bathtubs but do not have the hot water capacity to fill the tub only running hot water cylinders.”

“The shuttle staff were great. While the rooms were clean there is a level of maintenence needed window latches etc also not much use having wall heaters aircon units without controllers. With these issues so.e extra blankets in the wardrobe may have been a consideration.”

“Firstly I arrived at 2am after an exhausting 4 day transit and having lost my debit card en route, and was told that my room was only booked for the following day, which was incorrect. Then when I said, fine, do you have another room I can book now? They said yes, so I said, great, just change my booking. They said they could not and wanted my debit card, which I had already told them I had lost. They would not budge. I said please can we sort it out in the morning. No. FInally a guest...

“We had a late check in and the instructions for gate and lock box were clear and easy to deal with when travel tied. The one bedroom apartment was lovely and clean and perfect for my family. Reasonable price and handy to get to the airport. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Thanks 👍👍👍”

“Good parking, helpful staff. Didn’t realise the room I booked didn’t have a heat pump (in winter) but there was a stand alone heater which kept us warm thankfully. Would stay again”
